So Lincoln Garden cafe is a coffee bar located in the garden of the famous communist dictator's house, Enver Hoxha. All the tables are outside in the garden so it really feels like you're having coffee in some park. Even though the garden is very big and it has a lot of space, there aren't many tables. But there is a yard only for kids and they can play there while the parents have a drink.
The place is very awesome but only for sunny days cause only two tables are under the roof, which sucks. Lincoln Garden Cafe is more like a place to go have a hot drink during the day since then it's the most crowded and lively. They put up Christmas lights as decorations and in the afternoon, it kinda looks like you're in Wonderland but since by this time it's very cold, I'd totally suggest you check this place during the sunny days.
They also organise these movie nights sometimes, they put on some classic or nouvelle vague movies and the entrance is free.
