Millennium Garden is a real gem hidden away in the pedestrian-only roads behind Skenderbeg Square.
It is slightly more pricey than many of the bars in Tirana, but I would argue that it is really worth it for the vibes. I personally love Millennium Garden's position for people-watching; the street is always busy and full of both tourists and locals.
As the name suggests, Millenium Garden is an exclusively outdoor bar, and you really do feel as though you are sitting in a tropical garden, as the place is surrounded with trees and bushes. Being surrounded by foliage means that, although you're sitting outside by the roadside, you don’t feel overlooked; instead, you feel more integrated into the bustling city.
I can promise you won't be disappointed if you sit down at Millennium Garden with a coffee and a snack. It really is a lovely place to catch up with friends and watch the world go by.
