In my opinion, this is the cutest place in Tirana. It's like a typical cafe in Paris with a few wooden chairs and tables outside and lots of delicious sweets and cakes on the inside. Pasticeria Franceze looks tiny from the outside but it has a large interior.
They make the greatest macarons in town and a lot of other tasty typical French sweets. The coffee is amazing but in my opinion a little bit expensive, at least when compared to other coffee and sweet shops. But what makes this place more magical, is the great music they play, mostly French jazz or Edith Piaf tracks and no, I don't think that's a cliche.
I think it's a nice place to just go rest for a while, relax and escape from the town's noise while enjoying some awesome macarons with tea or coffee. Also, I noticed a lot of business meetings or discussions are held there so if you're on a business trip and feel like resting for some time, this is the right place to go.
P.S: It's not a place to go if you're single as you'll probably get depressed from all the cute couples you see there (just kidding).
