When it’s sunny and I would like to have something fresh, my favorite place is for sure “Torre Cremeria Bar”.
This is a historical place for ice-cream and granita siciliana (that is a traditional dessert from Sicily, creamy and fresh) in Turin. Here you will not find so many flavors because the ingredients are fresh and genuine!
You have to know that in Sicily, it is tradition to have breakfast with coffee granita and fresh cream, so you are allowed here to eat it whenever you want.
When I go there, I usually take granita with pistachio and cream on the top, but the one with chocolate or coffee is also amazing.
Because both the ice-cream and granita are amazing here, you will queue but I assure you that it’s worth it!
Something traditional that you will not find everywhere is the ice cream in “brioches” (that is a kind of sweet bread). If you get this, it’s enough for lunch!
