From my very childhood, the Caucaus region was famous in the former USSR for its hospitality, sincerity and delicious food. Shashlik, satsivi, hinkhali, pkhali, khachapuri... I can endlessly count my favourite Georgian food. And not to forget about the wine — do you know that the oldest wine found on Earth was from Georgia?! I was glad to find a place here in Valencia where I can enjoy all of them.
Batumi restaurant is located in Russafa district. It is relatively small — just 2 halls inside and several tables outside. The name comes from a city of the same name located at the Black Sea. The views of the city are used to decorate an interior. The menu is quite extensive and will give you an idea of Georgian cuisine. Worth a try!
