Argentinian ice-cream
Valencia is very multinational and friendly to foreigners. There was no surprise for me to observe an Argentinian artisan gelato cafe right at Plaza Ajuntamento. I read it was a big opening event in 2023, and there are long queues on weekends even now. Why?! Well, probably because the enterprise claims to be the best gelato in Buenos Aires.
The roots of success lie in Italy, which has the latest ice cream manufacturing technologies, the best gelato masters, and raw materials. Belgium, with its famous chocolate, also contributed. However, the unique product was born by a family-owned company in Argentina and travelled back across the ocean. The tastes are very different, my favourite one is a lemon pie with crunches. They also offer cakes, drinks and pastries.
The Interior is worth mentioning separately. It is decorated with different toys - teddy bears, aeroplanes, and trains- so you really feel like you are back to your happiest and most carefree time.
