In the middle of a residential zone between Guglie bridge and Tre Archi bridge, Al Parlamento is the perfect bar to stop for a coffee with a brioche in the morning, for lunch, for a spritz in the evening or for some drinks in the night. Basically at any time of the day.
Recently renovated, with a perfect union of black and wood, the interior gives you a nice welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. You can sit inside or on the numerous tables outside near the canal that leads directly to the lagoon.
I discovered this place because it was just on the way to my high school, and university, thus it's always full with young boys and girls, and in my opinion, it's one of the best bars to get the spritz or a glass of good wine from the Veneto like Bardolino, Valpollicella, Recioto or Prosecco of Treviso that you can drink together with a wide variety of tramezzini (little sandwiches) or cichetti like little meatballs, mozzarelle in carrozza (fried mozzarella cheese), piadine, panini, toast for all the tastes (for me the best one is the vegetarian one!) but also with pizzas and a real Italian lunch meal.
Moreover in the night you can choose among a wide selection of cocktails to spend a nice evening with your friends while enjoying the football match on the HD TVÂ or live jazz or blues music in the summer.
