The Alchemist is a trendy pub located in the modern Metropolitan building located between Piłsudkiego square and the Great Theatre. It's close to many party places therefore it's a great place to start an evening out or just as a target place for lunch or dinner with drinks. It has a modern design but at the same time offers the coziness of a local pub.
It offers an extensive selection of high quality pub food, including snacks, pizzas and grilled meats, that can satisfy most people's tastes. On top of that several wines (also prosecco and champagne), spirits, drinks, cocktails and beers. A very distinctive feature of this place is a beer wall which works like a self service beer on tap. Worth trying just for the unique experience!
A very original option, especially if you come with your friend/partner, is the Bath Time Rum Punch. It's a nice alcoholic punch served in a miniature ceramic bath tub. A perfect drink for sharing.
