If you’re looking for a place that serves Polish cuisine the new way, check Vegan Bistro in the very centre of Warsaw. Here you can order a “schabowy” which is a very traditional dish consisting of a pork chop in egg and breadcrumbs but made in a vegan way – using oyster mushrooms.
