Drinking coffee is one of the habits I rarely ignore. Consuming it on a daily basis sometimes make you yearn for something more than just a good dose of caffeine. That is the time when I head for such places like the Coffee Inn Lab.
But first – a small background check. Coffee Inn is a heavyweight in the Lithuanian world of coffee. They have numerous cafes around town which are amongst the most popular places to grab a cup of coffee. Nothing too radical about them. It’s your hip, good looking cafe serving stuff from regular cappuccinos to trendy spiced lattes.
However, as I’ve mentioned I like my coffee to go a bit beyond the usual. Futuristic beam heating units and strange glass flasks – now that’s what I’m talking about. And I always feel intrigued by the magic of hand brewing coffee which is highly dependable on the skills and knowledge of the brewer. Guess what? Coffee Inn Lab and their staff really nailed it.
If you had never heard of cold drip coffee – I highly recommend trying it. It’s sensational that coffee produced without heated water can be so rich in taste. And you’ll definitely feel like a gangster with that coffee in a whiskey glass. But if you’re into tasting and visual aspects of experiences go for the Siphon (a.k.a. vacuum pot) coffee brewing method. It’s science fiction at its best. Time and money well spent, no doubt.
