I was tipped off about Xi'an delicious foods by my sister-in-law. She is obsessed with finding good Asian food in Amsterdam, so when she told me about this place I had to try it. There was a line my first time there, and there has been a line at the door every time I came after that. You cannot make reservations so you have to come early if you need to eat at a certain time. But waiting in line is worth it!
Once you come inside you have many, but not too many options. They offer salads, spring rolls, and what they are really famous for - Noodles. They make the noodles themselves and if you peek through the kitchen window you see them pulling the noodle dough. And let me tell you, these noodles are something else! They offer noodle soups but also noodles with different sauces. And they have different sizes of noodles as well, so you can choose.
One disclaimer: you really come here for the food, not for a nice long sit-down dinner. But if you are in the city center of Amsterdam, I would definitely recommend this place!
