If you lose me after a party, night out, or friends’ hangout, you’ll find me at The Bros. This is my go-to burger place in Beirut. It is located in Mar Mikhael, Gemmayze, which is part of the street food scene.
The story behind this place starts with the 3 brothers or “hats” brothers with a big passion for food, they first started at “souk el akel” years ago with their signature buffalo burger, attracting thousands of customers to their stands, which led them to grow an actual business and open “the Bros”.
The place is small yet always filled with positive vibes, with low rap music playing in the background.
If you are craving a tasty fatty burger, then this is definitely the place to go. As for my recommendation, try the BBQ or Buffalo chicken burger. I’m sure you’ll love it. A side of their fries is also a must, especially the chicken cheese fries - they’re to die for!
