Yummy! Soriya Restaurant at the beginning of the Rathausgasse serves delicious Asian food in a simple and relaxed atmosphere. In summer, you can also eat outside.
Many Asian restaurants are often very extensively decorated. In Soriya Restaurant, however, decorative elements are used sparingly -- simply but nicely arranged. Here, the food is the focus.
I think it is great that many dishes are also available as vegetarian and/or vegan variants. I highly recommend the massaman curry with tofu or vegetables. The spring rolls are also very tasty. If you feel like having an aperitif, you can order an Aperol Spritz or a Hugo at a relatively low price (seven francs). I find the restaurant generally rather inexpensive.
I haven't tried the lunch buffet myself yet, but I'd really like to. Every working day from 11:00 - 14:00 there is an all-you-can-eat buffet for twenty francs. That sounds promising. I'll keep you up-to-date!
