The name of the estaminet comes from the French word "jusqu'à" and means to "live in the moment". However, this often remains just a phrase and is not really taken seriously by most people. "Jusq'a" has made it its business to live this motto. They want to offer their guests a unique experience and bring them closer to the beauty of coffee.
My roommate told me about the coffee, indeed raved about it and took me there with her. The café is very small, which creates a very personal atmosphere. While the barista prepares your coffee, you can watch him doing it and have a casual conversation with him. We sat outside under the arcades afterwards and really enjoyed the locally roasted coffee. Not only is it incredibly delicious, it also looks really great. It is furnished in a simple and minimalist way. Coffee and its enjoyment are the focus here.
I highly recommend going there if you are a coffee lover. Plant-based milk and Länggass tea is also available.
