This place is as much of a pleasure for the eye as it is for the palate. The shop is infinitely instagrammable, but it is hard to resist eating while taking pictures! The display is adorable; the teal wall beautifully compliments the sofa overflowing with cushions, and the little alcove gives you all the privacy you need to indulge (i.e. stuff your face).
They specialize in cupcakes, but I guarantee the coffee is good. Try a chai latte with any one of their best-sellers - there are so many options to choose from that if you're at a loss, the kind shop assistant will direct you to their best-selling items. The berries and pistachio cupcake, for example, is lovely. The cake itself is moist and light, and the topping has none of that chemical taste you sometimes find that ruins the experience. It is creamy yet elegant and fresh.
Momade cupcakes are neither organic nor light, but who cares? Located between the Grand Place and the Mont des Arts, they are a real treat after a day of shopping or a visit to one of the nearby museums.
