PopUp Dinner - my first time at Modelier was at a pop-up dinner. I didn't get to try from the regular menu because they only offered a fixed menu. Even so, I did have a NULU.
NULU Cocktail - since I had my first NULU it's the only thing I order. Lulu, was a wonderful waitress who once wanted something to drink but non-alcoholic; minutes later NULU was born; it is a cocktail like Green Apple but a little different.
Open Air Cinema - Modelier has a small and nice terrace which is often used for movie projections and other events (summertime only).
Design - Modelier has a lot of small design details which you can see on your way upstairs to the toilet. When coming out of the toilet, with more time to spare, you can stare at the different lamps and accessories strategically placed around the area. Small design accessories add to the atmosphere of the place and this is a nice one at Modelier.
Modelier has two bars, inside and outside but most likely during the hot season only the outside one is used. While it is still cold, enjoy the interior.
I like Modelier for its atmosphere, location and simplicity. They have a menu based on burgers and I just love all of them. I love their 'Lamburger' and the prices for any burger are unbeatable. I recommend booking in advance.
