This is not the kind of place where you just drop in by chance. You have to make an effort to get there. That being said, it's one of my favourite summer lunch spots. I sometimes go there with the guys from the office, and it's an absolutely perfect break.

Restaurant Sundby Sail is affiliated with the local sailing association, and one of the charms and joys of having lunch here is sitting outside in the sun, watching the sailboats, the water and whatever goes on in the little harbor.
An extra perk – and since you made the effort and already are in the area - is that it’s only a 15-minute walk away from the beach and Amager Strandpark. So, while you’re at it, you might as well bring your bathing suit and a towel (if weather permits).
A little word of advice about Sundby Sail is, that it's considered polite to clear your own table before leaving...
