You may feel discouraged, at first, as the truth is that das Bett is not the most easily accessible club in town. However, that should by no means prevent you from getting to know this special place. Here, let me pitch for you.
Cool music.
Cool people.
Fair prices.
Have I got your attention yet? Good! Because das Bett is one of those multifaceted places that every city needs to have. das Bett hosts concerts and parties and covers a wide range of music genres. Blues, rock, indie-pop, jazz, folk - you name it! Make sure to check the programme to check when your favourite music is on!
das Bett is not a large club, so attending a concert can be a rather special and intimate experience. The environment is really relaxed, so often you will find band members having a drink with everyone else after the show.
So go ahead, and enjoy the show!
You can get to das Bett by taking tram 21 (NiederflurstraĂenbahn) from the main station, and changing in Messeparkhaus to Bus 34, which will lead you to Schmidtstrasse. This bus can also be taken directly from Bornheim or Rödelheim.
This photo was taken during the concert of Love Amongst Ruin, in November 2015.
