About me
When I'm not slaving away at my corporate desk job, I'm usually out and about taking in the city. I spend a lot of time taking trips around Europe in my mini camper and cooking new recipes.
Why Frankfurt
Frankfurt offers everything you would look for from a large city, just on a smaller scale. It's a city I continue to explore and is constantly changing. I never have a problem getting a table at most restaurants, and it's rather affordable compared to the rest of the big banking cities. It's surrounded by a green belt of nature and parks, and is the launching pad for most of my adventures around Europe!

"Fahrgasse Street" is one of my favorite streets in old Frankfurt. It's full of art galleries where you'll rarely see the same art installation...

"Ginnheimer Wirtshaus" is my favorite beer garden in Frankfurt. We usually drop by for their homemade Helles beer & Flammkuchen while watching the sun set.

"Normal Kneipe" in Frankfurt has an old-school feel. This bar feels like a distant cousin of the classic German Pilsstube but with younger patrons in mind.

"Erdnüsschen" in Frankfurt is a bar w/ an eclectic decor that hums in a yellow-orange glow. I wouldn't be surprised if nothing's changed here in 40 years.

"Eliá Restaurant" in Frankfurt is one of the best Greek restaurants in the city if you're looking for Mediterranean food that's not just traditional fare!

"Tequila Bar" is your place if you can appreciate a good Happy Hour! The vibe in this bar is always lively, and who doesn't love a pitcher of Margaritas?

"Konamon" in Frankfurt makes perfect Japanese street food -- the classics include delicious okonomiyaki (Japanese pancakes) and takoyaki...
