What makes for a good burger? The quality of the meat? The freshness of the ingredients overall? The sides and presentation? I'd say "all of the above".
I've had burgers in several places, but no other makes me want to go back again and again like Der Fette Bulle. Der Fette Bulle is situated in the lively Bahnhofsviertel (Main Station Quarter) and makes for a great first stop on a night out. Even though it's usually packed, more often than not, you can still find a place within 20 min.
- 20 minutes?! I'm not up for waiting that long!
Believe me, it's worth the wait!
Der Fette Bulle serves juicy, delicious burgers in a variety of tastes â you can choose between red meat and chicken, and if you're vegetarian, there are several options for you too! I am particularly fond of the Avocado Chilli Burger, made with red meat topped with avocado and jalapeño peppers. I usually have it with thyme and rosemary-sprinkled fries â a winning combo! If you are not up for a burger, their salads are also a good option, as they are rich and filling. Now that is a treat!
I enjoy going to Der Fette Bulle in the evening when the mood is lively and chill, around 20:30 when rush hour is close to its end. If you're close to the main station, give it a try â I am pretty sure you'll enjoy it too!
