It looks like Ghent keeps coming with nice surprises! Lately I’ve been obsessed with ENTR. I’m not exaggerating, because before I can get obsessed with a place, I need to be able to cross some necessary factors: it has to good, affordable and a to have nice atmosphere. Well, you can see it coming; ENTR has all of it. Therefore, I’m obsessed.
ENTR is not just a regular restaurant. The interior is the nicest. They've put some big white containers in the restaurant, which give it an industrial vibe. The interior is both simple and stunning. It is a part of ‘De Centrale’, a cultural house across the street where you can go for concerts or performances.
The kitchen is very varied. Besides all the ‘normal’ dishes, you can also go for a vegetarian option or even a halal option. Looks like they know how this society works! I tried the tapas plate, and it was GOOD. Because, let’s be honest, what’s better than a plate with all kinds of food mixed? I know I don’t know anything better, except alcohol. But rumors have it that you can’t live off alcohol.
