I came across Rafa's Tacos a couple of years ago by chance while I was exploring all the cute little shops around The Hidden Lane in the West End of Glasgow. After my first visit, this became a must-visit spot on a Tuesday! Their Taco Tuesday starts at 6 pm and trust me, you won't be disappointed.
I have tried all the tacos spot in Glasgow and I can say that Rafa's tacos are the best in town! I have only tried their veggie options however the meat options look delicious and my non-veggie friends are obsessed with their Pollo Asado and Barbacoa options. The mushroom ones are my favorite item on the menu, the options are endless and they have plenty of combo plate options to mix and match tacos on the menu.
They also serve Burritos and Quesadillas and their Tres Leches cake is to die for so make sure you save some space for dessert! They don't sell any alcoholic drinks so if you are looking to have a boozy taco Tuesday make sure you stock up on some beers before your visit as they offer BYOB for a small fee.
One of my favorite things to do on a sunny day (very rare in Glasgow) is to take tacos to go and find a nice bench by the nearby Kelvingrove Park to sit on while enjoying the best tacos in town!
P.S. Make sure to check their Instagram page for updates on the menu and opening times.
