A visit to Juwelier has nothing to do with diamonds unless you consider finely crafted dishes a kind of luxury. Nestled on Weidenallee, right where the Schanze’s urban buzz fades into the quieter streets of Eimsbüttel, this small but ambitious restaurant blends high-quality ingredients with an unpretentious, street-side charm.
The lunch menu changes regularly, but always remains down-to-earth and seasonal: sometimes a spicy Moroccan lentil stew, sometimes classic spaghetti Bolognese, a colourful leaf salad with crunchy vegetables or a hearty vegetable stew. Perfect for a quick but tasty lunch break.
It's even better in summer: first a light, fresh lunch — and then off to the Kaifu pool to cool off. A good lunch, a dip in the water and the day can begin.
