Ethique Plant-Based is a vegan paradise I’ve been wanting to visit for so long but kept putting off because of the location — until a vegan friend finally got me there! I’d tasted their cakes at an event before, but this visit showed they’re much more than desserts. From savory options to fresh bread and croissants, everything is vegan and absolutely delicious.
I tried the pistachio croissant, one of their mini cakes, and the Avocado Tofu Scramble Sandwich. The croissant was a standout — perfectly balanced for a pistachio lover like me, not overly sweet. While the cakes are on the smaller side, other portions, like the sandwich, are generous. Their coffee was also good.
With both indoor and outdoor seating, the interior steals the show with its bright, plant-filled space and stunning pastry display. It’s a feast for the eyes and the stomach!
True to their motto, "Good for Soul," Ethique’s mission goes beyond food. They’ve crafted a sustainable, planet-friendly take on French pastry, using purely plant-based ingredients. Their commitment to respecting all living beings and reducing environmental impact adds a deeper meaning to every bite.
If you’re looking for vegan food that doesn’t compromise on flavor, Ethique Plant-Based is a must-visit. You can order online as well and check out the menu on their website.
