Juice cleanses are great to get on track with a diet and to shed a few pounds quickly. Plus, you enjoy a pleasant experience and let your energy levels, metabolism, and digestive system experience a reset. Juico is one of the first brands to bring the whole juice detox concept to Istanbul. They have vendors at most shopping centers. I regularly visit the one in Kanyon, since it’s close by to my office.
They serve delicious blends on their own with options such as White (date juice, cashew, cinnamon), Energising Green (apple, spinach, pineapple, avocado), or Coffee Almond (date juice, cold brew coffee, almond), among many others. I am big fan of their Cold Killer Ginger Shot which definitely helps prevent cold during winter time. All the juices are cold pressed so you don’t miss the great benefits of vegetables in terms of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
They also have awesome detox programmes -- you drink a series of 6 juices, every two hours, along with two litres of water. Based on my daily schedule, that feels pretty doable. It is also great that there are small portions of snacks along the way as I think most people are put off detoxes because they don’t get to eat anything. It would be great if I could have chosen what ingredients were involved, but I understand that the plan has been carefully devised.
Prices are not cheap but the quality of the products make it worth to try.
