Breakfast is the best meal of the day, and you don’t necessarily have to eat it in the morning. And Eggsellent surely is one of the best places to have your breakfast (or brunch, or brinner).
The name says it all. The menu, however, is egg-centric, but not exclusively devoted to eggs: there are sandwiches, pancakes, cakes — everything is rich and unashamedly delicious.
I also love the ambiance. All those details, from the super-bright interior with the touches of hot pink to the plates, are meant to turn your breakfast into a special moment.
Some things to note. Eggsellent is not laptop-friendly: I take this as a chance to enjoy food and company. The place is very popular and they don’t allow reservations. In my experience, the best time to avoid lines is early in the morning or about an hour before closing (by the way, they only work till 18:00).
