I'm not a sommelier, but I like wine. And it's a pity for me that in most restaurants you can't just try the wine. You either have to trust the bartender and buy an (expensive) bottle, or choose from a usually short and not-the-best "wine by glass" list.
This bar is different: you can choose any wine you want to try out of their huge wine list, and they will bring a little for free to try. It's a great find: whatever mood I am at any particular day, I can tune the perfect wine to make me happy. Usually I try 5-6 different until I find the right one. Recently they introduced a bunch of biodynamic/organic wines, some of them of Russian origin.
The staff is excellent. They know everything about the menu and the wines. They're always friendly and make me visit this place over and over again, even appointing my business meetings there.
HINT: I usually take a sit not at the table, but at the bar upstairs, around the kitchen, where I can see the foods steaming and grilling, and ask the waiter to repeat "the same" for me. The food is a bit "haute cuisine", but all very tasty and not so expensive. You should definitely bite into their salmon tar-tar (made with avocado) and assorted Pate (rabbit one is the best). "Parmentier de canard" is delicious. Oysters and mussels are awesome.
