This is one of those places you can learn about thanks to digital communication, as they are very active in social media. I heard about it from my friend and have become a frequent visitor since. She also read about it on Instagram — so that’s how it works. It's word-of-mouth marketing in action!
So, now there are two spots in Moscow called ‘Roaster Coffee’. One is located in the very center of the city, close to Mayakovskaya metro station. It's very small, just like your usual coffee spot in the neighborhood. The other one is near Baumanskaya metro station, and it is definitely bigger - even wine is served there, which you won’t find in the other place.
What I like about such places is their atmosphere. It looks hipsterish, yet not tasteless, as happens sometimes. The menu is full of modern treats, such as croissants with salmon and Eggs Benedict, bruschetta with roast beef, toasts with avocado — nothing difficult yet very tasty. They also serve breakfast all day long, so you always have an opportunity to try their magnificent eggs.
One of the greatest things there is the coffee. My favorite is raf coffee with raspberry — the taste is so tender you will fall in love with this drink immediately. Yet, they also have great desserts, so feel free to try them all!
Also, after having your time at 'Roaster Coffee' near Baumanskaya you can easily take a stroll around the neighborhood and visit Novaya Basmannaya Street which is nearby.
