This is one of my favorite places when it comes to a combination of dining with views. This restaurant is located above the canyon of Cijevna river. You may guess that the owner named it Niagara because there are falls included. And you are right. Right next to the restaurant there are spectacular falls and the canyon is deep but narrow and you can walk on the big stones above the water and make some pretty amazing shots. The best thing is that this place is only a 5-minute ride from the heart of the city (you can get a taxi for 3-5 euros).
The restaurant serves national cuisine, and since it is close to the border with Albania, you can also get some Albanian dishes. I like their pies and soups. They also have really good tres leches, a kind of cake made with milk.
The best time to go here when the weather is nice, so you can sit outside, but sometimes during summer there is no water, so it is not that spectacular.
