Bakery Panini have a couple of locations all over the city, but my favorite is in the city center. It's a perfect place for breakfast or an afternoon snack when you are in a rush, or simply you don't want to waste your time.
It's not healthy food to be honest but it's super tasty and will satisfy everyone. Salty or sweet, with or without filling, from wheat or buckwheat flour, everything is made according to homemade recipes.
The staff is super-kind -- they will always tell you what is fresh out of the oven. You can take it to go or sit and have a meal. They also offer proper drinks like soda or yogurt.
I used to eat there a lot as a vegetarian, but for vegans there aren't many options. That's really its only flaw.
Also: the atmosphere is cool if you like Tarantino movie Pulp Fiction. They have a big mural on the wall which you will find adorable.
