Bju Bistro is located just a few meters from Národní třída. Every time I pass this part of Prague, I visit Bju Bistro for some really lovely filter coffee, unique porridge (salted or sweet), homemade brunch or breakfast with delicious granola or even ice cream with high-quality olive oil and salt flakes (tip for you guys).
Bjukitchen Bistro serves breakfast and lunch. Their meals are very light and full of vegetables and salads, and some sweets, granola, and other products are also for sale. In a little bistro, there is also a small playground for your kids with a little kitchen for kids, places close by the real open kitchen where you watch the preparation of your food. This makes the experience even better.
Bju (Bára Karpíšková) regularly visits her suppliers, and chooses her own ingredients even abroad. Check Bju's menu; you will find combinations of very unconventional seasonal food.
