Have you ever wondered what the aroma is of freshly made coffee? I did, so I tried this little café in Prague, Dos Mundos. All you have to do is find out on their webpage at what time the coffee will be roasted and come here. If the time doesn't suit you, come here anyway, you can always sit here and enjoy coffee made in various ways or even participate in a coffee tasting or coffee workshops.
If you are completely confused and you have no clue if you should try American, Ethiopian or Indonesian coffee prepared in aeropress, vacuum pot, chemex, V02 drip or cold drip like I was for the first time, just ask the waiters, they are always helpful and they will answer all the questions you could possible have. One tip – before spoiling the coffee with milk and sugar, try it pure first. No big imagination needed to feel the soil and the sun from where the coffee is grown.Â
