I went to the high school close to this place, but there wasn't this restaurant here yet. Maybe it was a good thing, because I might have skipped some classes to come here for a nice glass of a Pilsner Urquell. This restaurant has definitely not been discovered yet by tourists and I would like to keep it that way. So, don't tell anybody about it, it should be just between you and me...
So, for a very good dinner, come here and have "krkovice"and Pilsner beer. But do not order just a "beer", say that you want "šnyt"... It is Pilsner, but it comes with a head bigger than the volume of liquid beer. You should try to drink just the foam head first and notice the completely different taste of beer in this form. And if you feel like something stronger at the end of your dinner, have a Republika (a special rum created for the celebration of the 100 years of Czech independence).
