Sach Caffe has a few locations scattered throughout the city, but my favorite is the one close to Santea Neighbourhood. It is a cozy cafe where the buzz of conversation never dies down and that’s why it’s almost a daily stop for me and my friends.
While the name of the cafe is a cute nod to a tool used to make Flija, one of our traditional meals, the menu is much more simple; just right for brunch. It is the perfect spot to grab a drink; my favorite is the blueberry juice, and to eat a snack (the chicken salad or Sach Attack burger are really good). To satisfy the sweet tooth, they also have a selection of some very delicious cakes.
While I usually go there to catch up with friends, it is also a great spot to work as long as the noise is not an issue for you. I love working on my laptop or writing in my journal with conversations in the background; it always puts me in a good mood.
