A few years ago, when this pub opened in Rijeka, I never thought it would become one of my favorite spots.
What is so special about it? First, it is a pub. At that time, Rijeka didn't have so many pubs, especially not in the center of town. Then, the interior is so warm and comfy, it's as if you are in your own living room. At every table you have power sockets and a night lamp, and on the tables you have chess boards. Yes, you can play chess with your friend while drinking one of the many craft beers.
So, it is a pub with a comfy interior and chess boards. But what is it that has kept me coming here so often? Waiters, of course. They are really friendly, nice and they will recommend you the best beer. Of course, if you don't want to drink beer, they also serve regular coffee and the Queen's coffee, their specialty.
Even if Rijeka has does have other pubs, this one still has the special place in my heart. It always feels like coming home.
