This canteen is the favourite place of those who don't want to wait - you arrive and the food is already served. Just grab a plate and help yourself.
You will see dishes like hearty vegetable stew, baked brown rice with vegetables, seitan burgers, rich soups, creatively put together sauces, fresh daring salads and even pastry for your sweet tooth. My absolute favourite is the crispy tofu - it's from another planet - insanely delicious and crunchy.
The concept is that you put everything you like on a plate, then it gets weighed and you can still order a drink.
You can consume all this goodness outside on the spacious terrace or inside, either on the first or second floor.
Next door there is a shop with everything a vegetarian or even vegan dreams about - it is called Gimsel the organic shop, and you want to check it out.
