Vintage Sofia is a small shop a one minute walk from the famous Vitosha Street.
The owners are Ilka and Todor – admirers of retro fashion, style and culture.
Vintage Sofia is for unique designed clothes and accessories created in small quantities. What I really like are the fabrics – they are very colourful, with floral, animal or other funny prints. My favourite are those with cats, and hearts as well, and the fabrics in vivid colours.
Useful tip: check their Facebook page before you visit the shop. Usually they upload photos of the available stock for that exact day. There are no more than 10 dresses but online you can see a great variety of clothes and you can always place an order.
Ilka and Todor create a couple of seasonal collections during the year, which are presented with a beautiful photo session, so I recommend you check them out on their official site.
Also if you are into Dr. Martens shoes, you may find a couple of pairs there, as well as other accessories and jewellery.
Important: the whole month of August Vintage Sofia is usually on holiday so the spot will be closed. But don’t be disappointed – you can find their stuff at Klyuch situated nearby (check the Klyuch article).
