I have to admit I was a bit skeptical, because I've been seeing a lot of "Instagram-friendly" and "food of the moment" recently. BUT... not this time! Pacifik Poke is the first Hawaiian spot in Turin, and it's delicious.
I was not so hungry, so I tried a vegetarian bagel (made by Perino Vesco, a really good bakery!) with halloumi, shriracha, bell peppers and chickpeas hummus.
I also tried a really good soup made with coconut milk, mushrooms, shrimps, lemongrass and ginger. Both fresh and refreshing.
My friend tried a scallops bowl, but that was too big for my "summer version".
We also tried a Hawaiian beer (called "Big wave" with a nice picture of happy surfers) that was really good (fruity and floral but not too sweet).
The place is very nice and fancy, yet comfortable. There are charging points, a nice AC and everything is blue, wooden and with soft lights.
There is also a smaller spot ("express") at via Duchessa Jolanda 1, but if you want to sit in you have to arrive early or call.
Instagram-friendly, but foodie-friendly too!
