Balthasar is a lab and shop specializing in premium coffee and presenting an array of coffee specialties to stay or to go. On a hot summer day, coffee affogato is your best bet to refresh and have a small dessert in one. For aficionados, the shop boasts a variety of coffee-related merchandise to try to re-create the delicacies at home. Hang out in the cozy open space or enjoy watching the busy street from the outdoor seating area. Most customers take it out anyway to savor the coffee on the sunny Donaukanal - hipsters favorite hang-out on the weekends.
