Have you ever imagined getting your pizza served right out of a disco ball? Disco Volante does exactly this! The design concept of this place is very stringent: black tables, wooden benches and chairs, window frames, that are painted in a soft mint green and a silvery disco ball.
This disco ball, with an external diameter of at least 2.5 meters, is located in the middle of the restaurant and is responsible for baking the pizzas, which come out thin, crispy and Italian-style. Taking a peek into the menu, the restaurant sticks to their reductive concept. It’s all pizza! The only exception are green olives, which however match the color of the window frames. The tables are tiny and close to each other so it can get loud, chatty and very Italian at times.
If you stay later than 22:30, you’ll experience the disco ball illuminated in rainbow colors.
