Spending time at Landkind feels like being on a holiday! Located on Schwendermarkt, this little farmer's shop is perfect for having a laid-back breakfast with friends or family.
Like all market stands, it’s pretty petite and intimate, with limited seating space available inside and outside.
You can have small breakfast options on weekdays, but if you can do it, Saturdays are the ideal time to visit Landkind. They offer a special breakfast called "Samstagsliebe" (which translated into English means 'Saturdaylove'). Samstagsliebe, a customized menu, is made of fresh and seasonal products, hence it varies every week. We even asked for a vegan menu and they were happy to work some magic and prepare an outstanding variation.
Besides breakfast, you can also do your daily grocery shopping there. All of their products are hand-picked by one of the three owners who care strongly about regionality as well as sustainability.
A great place and definitely worth a visit!
