Over the years, I've seen this Asian restaurant bloom in an area of Vienna with tons of food spots—rightly so! That I'm only now telling you about it, well, it probably is a case of one not seeing the forest for the trees. It still stuns me, as I have so much love for their food.
Besides other dishes, the soups have always been a class of their own. However, the proclaimed Vietnamese place wasn't exactly eye candy in its early days. Later, they pulled off an attractive interior upgrade. This seemed to do the trick. What was once a secret tip soon became a hot spot.
It's definitely, and by far, the best vegan Pho you'll find in Vienna. It comes with rich flavors that most other places lack. The best thing is you can choose the size of your bowl: S, M, or L. I am not much of a "big eater," and it is not for my life that I could finish the L pot.
Everyone I have ever gone with loved the food here, carnivores included.
Another fantastic dish I want to point out is one I have never seen on any other menu in Vienna and was so excited to see listed a few years back: Laksa! I remember being introduced to this delicious creamy coconut soup in Singapore and how my taste buds were blown. Due to the shrimp paste, this isn't vegan, though. Otherwise, try it!
