Finally, Zagreb has a new indoor skating rink for all those who like to enjoy ice skating even when the weather is not cooperative, be it by rain, wind or sun. This simple, prefabricated rink offers an opportunity to do some active recreation on ice even during the summer, except the very pinnacle of heat in July. The entrance hall invites you in with its cozy red couch, some snack machines are also available for all those whose energy depletes after a good session on the rink.
Weekends are a perfect time to come and enjoy some recreation on the ice, and no worries if you don't have your own skates - good quality skates are available for hire in all sizes, even for very young children. Musical background gives you a chance to practice figure skating, or break some dance moves while gliding on the ice.
The Ice Dome Rink is close to public transport (both trams and buses) and just a few steps away from the Utrine swimming pool - if you want to make a sports day of it. Bundek Lake and its beach are within a 20-minute walk, making this part of Zagreb a real hotspot for sports, leisure and recreation fans.
