When they first opened in Šibenik, I had a problem – great ribs 300 km away from my town. And then, in 2012, they opened a place in Zagreb. You can only imagine my happiness :-). Although they are situated across town from where I live, it is never a problem to take a trip and enjoy their food.
At the R & B Food Restaurant you can enjoy ribs, chicken wings, salads, tuna, steak, sausages, all of the freshest and local ingredients. But absolute "hits" are R&B TUNA STEAK and RIBS, which have become must-eat meals. With all respect to the fish, I am a meat lover. And that is what I will tell you about, the rib. In the west it is called the Baby Back Rib, and it is a particular part of the pork, which is mechanically processed in a unique manner. Every piece of meat that comes from R'n'B bistro food passes through the long-hour preparation process - from marinating, smoking, all the way to the rapid completion of the high temperatures. That's what makes these ribs special.
And a tip. If you take a portion of ribs home they will come in specially designed boxes and I guarantee you that the next day you will have the best breakfast possible in Zagreb! :-)
