South-African BBQ style food. And it is tasty. The two locations have a different kind of vibe to them. The one in De Rivierenbuurt is next to a canal where you can sit outside and is great in summer or for takeaway. The Westerpark location has (more) seating inside. I prefer the Westerpark location as I feel the food also tastes a little different. Could be they have a different grill. I am not sure.
Both locations serve amazing food. Whenever I go there with friends, I like to order the four-person plate. Even if we are just with three people. Or two.
On this plate you will find so many delicious things. Pork belly, sausages, different kinds of ribs... Homemade fries, salads, a whole chicken and so much more to enjoy. The staff is really friendly, and the atmosphere is very chilled out. It can get very crowded at times, so be prepared to wait for a while. I assure you: it is worth the wait! If you are not that hungry, I would advise the burger or the chicken. Those are my personal favorites.
