The best hotel in Amsterdam, if you ask me. I’ve had the pleasure to spend some nights here and have been here several times for drinks for dinner or just to get a coffee and buy some cigars. This hotel has it all. There are two restaurants and there is even a very nice, award-winning spa. I have never been to the spa for personal use, but I have seen it and looks and smells amazing.
If you like a nice Cuban cigar or any other brand of cigars, you should really visit the Conservatorium Hotel. In the corridor there are several shops. The only one that I have visited is the cigar shop. You can find cigars from all over the world here. There is even a piano in the room.
The Tunes bar serves really nice cocktails and some very tasty sushi as well. The staff are really friendly and helpful and there is also a DJ booth that will host an artist that spins some nice vinyl. If you take the stairs next to the DJ booth you'll arrive at the smoking area. Fully made of glass and a really nice place to stay if you want to smoke your cigar without having to go outside.
One of the most beautiful and interesting renovation projects Amsterdam has had in the last few years. It combines the old building with modern architecture. When you sit in the main hall it feels as if you are outside.
