The staff is very well informed, they seem to have read all the books and tried all the recipes themselves :) they love to share their passion for food and foreign culture once you ask them. I must admit that I'm more of an improviser in my own kitchen but I love to get some inspiration from books from all over the world (and in several languages) and I never leave without buying one, usually as a gift for a friend...
