Robin Food Amsterdam is a delightful vegan restaurant aiming to combat food waste and utilize the ingredients before they end up in the trash. Dedicated and positive volunteers run Robin Food and offer a three-course menu at a fixed and affordable price (excluding drinks) every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
During my last visit, the evening started with an amazing vegetable soup, followed by a rice dish with vegetables and tempeh, and finally, a super tasty lemon cake was served (yummy!). I loved its inviting ambience with nice, warm lights. To get to this hidden Amsterdam spot, simply enter through the bar Nieuwe Anita and follow the signs!
So, if you’re exploring the famous Jordaan neighborhood in Amsterdam, why not treat yourself to a tasty dinner at Robin Food’s collective, followed by drinks at the Nieuwe Anita?
An essential tip from me: Don’t forget to book upfront.
