Profiterole with chocolate ganache, tsoureki (traditional Greek sweet bread) and homemade ice cream, that’s all you need to know about this sweet corner of heaven called Sorolop. It is located right next to Exarchia square in the centre of Athens. The delicious recipes and the fresh organic ingredients make this adorable ice cream parlour unique. So, after the first try of their addictive, tiny treats I became a regular of this place. The shop is small and cozy, in other words; it’s an ice cream take-away with huge potential to become the best pastry shop in Athens.
Here’s a tip; if you pay a visit to Sorolop later during the day, you can ask the friendly staff to turn your sorbet ice cream into a refreshing frozen daiquiri!
