As cheesy as it sounds, I can attest that Veggie Galaxy’s food is simply out of this world. Even though you might think I’m biased as a vegetarian, I PROMISE that even die-hard carnivores can’t resist their chicken and waffles. Likewise, everyone can enjoy the old-school diner décor, friendly staff, and retro, laid-back atmosphere while working your way through their ample menu. Added bonus – they serve breakfast ALL DAY!
Obviously, my fellow vegetarians and vegans are going to be the most excited about the array of faux-meat-and-cheese sandwiches, and for good reason. I can’t explain the ecstasy I felt when sinking my teeth into Veggie Galaxy’s Reuben after being meat-free and thus Reuben-free for circa 15 years, and the emptiness I felt once my plate was empty. For real, y’all, the last time I was at Veggie Galaxy was 3 days ago and I’m already picking out what I want for my next visit.
